What if I want to return or exchange an item?

We will gladly accept any item in its original condition for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.  Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  Returned items should be in their original packaging and insured for their full value.

What if something arrives damaged or broken or is lost in transit?

All shipments will be insured for their full value.  This service is included in your shipping charges.

Do my items have a warranty?

Many of our manufactures warranty their products.  Please contact us with specific questions regarding any items you might be interested in.  We pride ourselves on offering the best quality products we can find.  However, there are times when items shipped have manufacturer's defects.  We will gladly replace or repair such items at our expense.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is one of our complimentary services.  Please let us know if you would like your purchase gift wrapped at checkout.
